Every Thursday from 1-2 pm Eastern, we have a live interactive session via Zoom, where we will deepen your integration of the Unravel insights and tease you to embrace new parts of your inner landscape. For the last Thursday of every month, we have a 1.5 hour transformative creativity workshop from 1-2:30 pm Eastern. These sessions are diverse and dynamic. They give you the chance to explore new creative mediums and deep-dive into topics essential for empowered living.
